That's why Castrol, as a FIFA World Cup sponsor, invited around 250 of its top customers and employees in Hamburg and Munich. bestzeit developed a temporary “Castrol Arena” in which selected World Cup matches were screened, accompanied by expert talks and match analysis. The day ended with a big football party.

Our tasks: conception, implementation, organization and handling of the invitation and registration process, as well as the entire branding and setup production.
