Originally under the name @rwemobility, our team created the Twitter account for the electric mobility division of the energy company RWE in 2009. What began as an event Twitter during a one-year roadshow soon became a Twitter account filled daily with customer service, news from the electromobility industry, event reports, competitions and surveys. We worked closely together with our PR sister agency agentur05.
One of the tasks of our editors is the daily maintenance of the Twitter account - in exchange with followers and our customer: We research, inform about industry news and latest developments and report live from events and on Twitter walls. In addition, we provide a monthly report on the performance of innogy_emob: Fortunately, the account not only records constantly increasing numbers of followers, but also high traffic. Our news are often retweeted by industry bloggers and we are a sought-after contact for innogy customers. Besides taking care of the Twitter account, our editors maintain the LinkedIn profile of innogy eMobility solutions GmbH and help the company to achieve greater brand awareness and to attract qualified employees through regular marketing measures, postings and monitoring.
